ORGANIZATIONGRF CPAs & Advisors
FOCUSIntegrated event marketing, CRM workflows & lead generation

The challenge

Turn event promotion into a connected lead-generation journey, from reaching prospective attendees to registration, participation, and follow-up.

My role & approach

Developed an integrated event marketing workflow spanning paid social promotion, conversion tracking, registration forms, HubSpot contact segmentation, and Zoom integration. Connected registration activity to targeted email journeys, so contacts receive relevant messaging rather than the same communication at every stage.

Built the communications approach around pre-event reminders and post-event follow-ups, linking audience acquisition, registration, and nurturing into one coordinated experience.

04Membership MarketingASEE Institutional Membership — Have a Seat at the Table
CLIENTAmerican Society for Engineering Education (ASEE)
ROLEMembership campaign creative & digital communications

The challenge

Make institutional membership feel less like a routine affiliation and more like an opportunity for engineering education leaders to be part of the conversation and help shape what comes next.

My role & approach

Helped develop “Have a Seat at the Table”, an integrated recruitment campaign built around a simple, intriguing invitation: the leaders who want a voice in engineering education should have a seat at ASEE’s table.

The miniature chair mailed to deans was the conversation starter, not the entire campaign. We extended the idea through paid social outreach, organic marketing, targeted email and direct mail, and on-campus event efforts to build recognition and a sense of belonging among institutional decision-makers. Each touchpoint reinforced the same message of influence, participation, and being included.

Skills demonstrated

Membership growth strategy · Integrated campaign development · Creative concepting · Paid & organic social · Direct mail · Email outreach · Event marketing · Audience targeting

CLIENTAmerican Society for Engineering Education (ASEE)
ROLECreative direction, research, scripting & production coordination

The challenge

Translate ASEE’s broad mission and influence in engineering education into an inspirational story that audiences could connect with.

My role & approach

Led creative direction from research and concept through script development and production coordination. Worked with internal stakeholders and board members to identify ASEE’s positioning, influence, and key messages, then shaped those insights into a narrative.

Sourced a production and design partner to support casting and voiceovers, and researched and selected B-roll footage and stock imagery to bring the story to life.

Skills demonstrated

Creative direction · Brand storytelling · Positioning research · Script development · Stakeholder engagement · Production coordination · Visual sourcing
